i haven’t written in a while but i thought i’d give you an update on what i’ve been doing lately. this year i was in a school musical of the grinch who stole Christmas. i was one of the whos.

i also played basketball for my school this year. it was the first sport i’ve ever played. i played the forward position.

Before

I decided to lose weight because my dad was losing weight. I have lost 30 pounds. I wanted to share with you how I lost it.

To lose weight I cut out sweets and junk food. It helps to have a partner but its ok to do it by yourself. Weigh in the morning because you weigh less in the morning. Also, to help me, we had a contest at church to weigh in on thursdays. 1st place got $230, 2nd place got $139 and 3rd place got $91.

yesterday i was at aunt peggy’s house. she recently moved. we had a lot of fun helping them move. uncle cesar makes videos for church services.
